A good day.  I added a couple extra exercises to what I did last week.  Also, I hit each goal I set for each exercise.  That’s always nice.  🙂

Notes:

It was a really good day of weight lifting!  I really can’t complain about anything.  Also, the back squats and RDLs haven’t been done for a while, so I just wanted to take them slow.  I’ll be adding 10-20lbs each week on them for about a month, though.

Also, I rode home at around noon.  I hated it.  I need to leave before everyone’s out for lunch.  Riding a bike here is always tough, but when no one gives you the right of way and there’s about three times as much traffic, it’s a real pain in the butt.
